Our Services

As a newly registered not-for-profit organisation, Neurodiverse Voices Connect is growing and developing its portfolio of services. While we continue to build for the future, we are already able to offer a range of services shaped by lived experience, professional expertise and a deep understanding of neurodiversity.

Any income generated through our services is reinvested into our mission: supporting and empowering the neurodivergent community and creating a more inclusive world, guided by the values at the heart of everything we do — love, kindness, support and connection.

Lived Experience & Neurodiversity Talks

Our Managing Director, Andreia Costa, is available for talks, panels and events, bringing together her lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and parent of an autistic daughter, alongside her work in research, advocacy and community engagement. Her talks offer an honest and compassionate perspective designed to challenge assumptions, build understanding and inspire more inclusive, neuro-affirming practice.

Neuroinclusive Event Consultancy

We provide practical consultancy to help organisations plan and deliver events that are welcoming and accessible to neurodivergent attendees. Drawing on lived experience and hands-on experience of organising inclusive events, we can advise on everything from venue and environment to communication, sensory needs, accessibility, scheduling and attendee experience — helping you consider inclusion from the very beginning, rather than as an afterthought.

Let’s Talk Neurodiversity – Primary Schools

An interactive, age-appropriate programme for primary school pupils that introduces neurodiversity through engaging discussions, activities and relatable examples. Children explore the different ways people think, learn, communicate and experience the world, helping them develop understanding, empathy, kindness and respect for difference.

Designed to help schools build more inclusive cultures from an early age, the programme encourages children to challenge stereotypes, celebrate individuality and recognise that different minds bring different strengths.

Helping young minds understand difference and create a kinder, more inclusive future.

Hands Offering Support

One-to-One Peer Support

Sometimes, what we need most is simply to talk to someone who understands. Our one-to-one peer support offers a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space for neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children to talk, reflect and feel heard.

This is not therapy or a clinical service. It is support grounded in lived experience, empathy and human connection — because sometimes having the right person listen, understand and walk alongside you can make a meaningful difference.

A safe space to talk, connect and feel less alone.
