Our Initiatives

Peer Support & Connection

Our NDV Community Support Evenings provide a welcoming, informal space for neurodivergent adults to connect with others who understand and share similar experiences.

Held online each month, these sessions are centred around peer support, connection and open conversation. There is no pressure to contribute or share more than you feel comfortable with — you are welcome to simply listen, join the conversation, or share your own experiences.

From time to time, we will also invite guest speakers to explore topics that are relevant to our community, while keeping the sessions relaxed and focused on creating a supportive space to connect, exchange experiences and feel part of a community.

Come as you are. Connect in the way that feels right for you.

NDV Podcast

The NDV Podcast creates space for honest, engaging conversations about neurodiversity, bringing together lived experience, professional perspectives and voices from across the neurodivergent community.

Through conversations with neurodivergent people, advocates, professionals and organisations, we explore the experiences, challenges and strengths that shape neurodivergent lives — from work and relationships to wellbeing, identity, inclusion and everyday life.

Our aim is to amplify neurodivergent voices, challenge misconceptions and encourage greater understanding and acceptance, while sharing experiences and ideas that our community can connect with.

Real voices. Real experiences. Meaningful conversations about neurodiversity.

Let's Talk Neurodiversity

Let’s Talk Neurodiversity is an interactive programme designed for primary-aged pupils, introducing neurodiversity in an engaging, age-appropriate and inclusive way.

Through open discussions, interactive activities and relatable real-life examples, children are encouraged to explore how people think, learn, communicate and experience the world in different ways.

The programme encourages curiosity, challenges stereotypes and celebrates the strengths and differences that make every person unique. By helping children understand and appreciate different experiences and perspectives, we aim to develop empathy, kindness and respect, while building a culture of inclusion from an early age.

Helping young minds understand difference, celebrate individuality and create a more inclusive future.

Nothing About Us, Without Us

Our Neurodiverse Voices Connect CIC Launch Event, Nothing About Us, Without Us, brought together members of the neurodivergent community, families and carers, researchers, healthcare professionals, support organisations and representatives from key public services.

Held at St Hugh’s College, Oxford, the event provided an opportunity to introduce NDV Connect CIC, share our vision and future plans, and explore research and developments relating to neurodivergent healthcare and support.

Delivered in collaboration with SENtipede, Autism Champions and Oxford Hub, the event created a valuable space for people with different perspectives and experiences to connect, share knowledge and build relationships around a shared commitment to a more inclusive and supportive society.

It marked an important beginning for NDV Connect CIC and our commitment to ensuring that neurodivergent voices are heard, valued and involved in shaping the services, research and communities that affect their lives.

ND Vinted

ND Vinted is our sustainability-focused initiative that gives pre-loved clothing and other items a new home while raising awareness and supporting the work of Neurodiverse Voices Connect CIC.

Launched at the Thameside Primary School Summer Fair, ND Vinted brings together two things we care deeply about: supporting the neurodivergent community and making more sustainable choices.

By encouraging the reuse of good-quality clothing and everyday items, the initiative helps reduce waste, promotes more conscious consumption and provides an accessible way for people to support our work.

Giving pre-loved items a new life while helping us create positive change for the neurodivergent community. The next one is planned for Autumn 2026.
